Frequently asked
Do I need to download the templates?
No. FieldReady Pro includes web-based versions of the core trade forms and tools, editable directly in your browser. Complex Excel and Word features may differ from the online versions.
Will my saved projects be private?
Saved records use a member-specific collection designed to restrict reading and editing to the customer who created them.
Can I cancel my membership?
The Wix plan allows cancellation. Subscription billing and account management depend on Wix payment setup.
How is the subscription different from a download?
Subscribers use the browser-based versions of the core trade workflows, with account-based saving, editing and document branding. One-time downloads are locally editable Excel and Word files you keep and manage yourself. Some advanced workbook or document features differ between formats.
Can I still purchase download bundles?
Yes. The existing Excel and Word bundles remain separate one-time products, unchanged by this membership. The downloadable-bundle checkout has not yet been activated.
Is $19.99 the total price?
The membership price is $19.99 CAD each month before tax. Any applicable taxes are additional and will need to be calculated at checkout when payment and tax setup are activated.
